How to Roast Frozen Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 12 oz mixed frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Pour frozen vegetables onto parchment paper
  4. Toss vegetables with olive oil and spices, until coated
  5. Bake frozen vegetables at 400 degrees for around 30 minutes, until edges begin to brown (stir/flip every ~10 minutes)
