How to Roast Frozen Vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz mixed frozen vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Pour frozen vegetables onto parchment paper
  • Toss vegetables with olive oil and spices, until coated
  • Bake frozen vegetables at 400 degrees for around 30 minutes, until edges begin to brown (stir/flip every ~10 minutes)
