The pain and emptiness that many of us feel when you’re experiencing depression can make it feel like you’re the only one going through this struggle. Witnessing stories of individuals who have been “there” and were able to find a sense of fulfillment and peace in their lives, despite living with depression, can be incredibly powerful.
