- 2 lb chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- Rice (can use microwaveable rice or make your own)
- Place the chicken, honey, and soy sauce into the Instant Pot.
- Cook on poultry setting or 15 minutes on high pressure.
- Taste for seasonings and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over rice.
