Honey Soy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • Rice (can use microwaveable rice or make your own)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken, honey, and soy sauce into the Instant Pot.
  2. Cook on poultry setting or 15 minutes on high pressure.
  3. Taste for seasonings and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve over rice.
