Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 8 oz. uncooked brown rice noodles
  • 1 lb. raw chicken breasts
  • 2 red bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Chop bell peppers.
  2. Place all ingredients except red peppers in the Instant Pot. Cook for 3 minutes (manual).
  3. Release steam immediately. If you get splatter, pause, or cover with a towel.
  4. After: Mix in the red bell peppers and toss very gently, adding a little more water or oil as needed (it will be very sticky).
