Baked Beans With Spinach and Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 1 1/2 cups loosely packed baby spinach
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small skillet, bring baked beans to a simmer over medium heat. Add spinach and cook, stirring, until spinach is wilted. Crack eggs on top.
  • Cover, reduce heat to low, until egg whites are cooked through but yolks are still soft.
